Stacker/reclaimer is one of the leading products of DHHI
. It is a kind of continuous operation, high efficiency and low
consuming energy sources bulk material handing machinery. It is
widely used in stock yard of basal industry, stack and reclaim coal,
ore such as coal-fire power stations, ports, iron and steel
companies, chemical factories and cement plants, etc. DHHI
designed and manufactured the first bucket wheel stacker and
reclaimer in China in 1966; the first most advanced 800t/h stacking
capacity, 1200t/h reclaiming capacity large-sized combined stacker
and reclaimer in China in 1969 ; the first DQL1250/1250·30 type
stacker and reclaimer for domestic in 1981 ; the first circular
yards rocker bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer for domestic in 1985
; the first 55m rota ry radius, 4500t/h stacking capacity, 4850t/h
reclaiming capacity bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer for domestic
in 1997 ; the first DQLK4500/4500·42 type b u cket wheel stacker and
reclaimer for domestic in 2000 ; the first DQL5000/4500·44 type b u
cket wheel stacker and reclaimer for domestic in 2003 . According to
different requirement s from customer, we can design and manufacture
various kinds of sizes, types stacker and recla i mer, we develop ed
tens of types and sizes as follows: Stacking and reclaiming capacity: 500/1000 t/h ,
600/1000 t/h , 800/1250 t/h , 1000/1500 t/h , 1250/2000 t/h ,
1500/1500 t/h , 2000/3150 t/h , 2500/2500 t/h , 3000/4000 t/h ,

DQL1250/1250·30 type stacker and recla i mer was
awarded 1985 year's national silver medal;
QL1000/2000·33 type bucket wheel stacker and
reclaimer was awarded 1997 year's mechanical ministry science and
technology progress first class prize;
DQL1800/1800·33 type bucket wheel stacker and
reclaimer was awarded 2003 year's Liaoning Province the fifth year
excellent new product third prize;
In 2003, DHI stacker and reclaimer serious
products was awarded Liaoning Province famous brand product.
